A policeman died with coronavirus symptoms at Mission Hospital in Rajshahi on Friday night. The deceased was Mosharraf Hossain, 57. Confirming the news, Deputy Director of Rajshahi Medical College Hospital Dr Saiful Ferdous said: "Mosharraf Hossain died around 11 pm on Fiday. He was a reaident of Chandipur area of the city but his posting was in Naogaon." Dr Saiful added: "The policeman came to RMCH and informed that he was coronavirus positive and he wanted to get admitted.Then he was sent to the Isolation Unit at Christian Mission Hospital where he died while undergoing treatment." His sample was collected and sent to RMCH lab for further test. Earlier on May 17, he came from Naogaon and started to stay at his rented house at Chandipur.
