Khulna: A student of Khulna Medical College was killed in a road crash on Rupsha Bridge Bypass road in Labanchora in the city on Wednesday. The deceased was identified as Ariful Islam Akash, 22, a 3rd year student of the college and hailed from Faridpur district, reports the UNB. The accident took place around 8:30 am when an unknown vehicle hit a motorbike carrying Akash while heading towards Rupsha Bridge, leaving him dead on the spot, said Shafiqul Islam, officer-in-charge of Labanchara Police Station.
