A court in Barguna on Wednesday rejected the bail petition of Rakibul Hasan Rifat Farazi, prime accused in sensational Rifat Sharif murder case. Barguna Senior Judicial Magistrate Court acting Justice Md Yasin Arafat passed the order. At the same time, the court sent the bail petition of four accused to juvenile court, said lawyer Md Mujibul Haque Kislu. The four are: Rashedul Hasan Rishan Forazi, Tanvir Hossain, Waliullah Oli and Maruf Mollik. Rifat Sharif, 22, was hacked to death by criminals in front of his wife Minni in broad daylight in the district town on June 26. The incident was caught on surveillance camera.
