Affirmative -Negative আগের পর্বে Affirmative to Negative-এ বাক্য রূপান্তরের কয়েকটি নিয়ম আলোচনা করা হয়েছিল। এখানে আরো কিছু নিয়ম ও উদাহরণ তুলে ধরা হলো— Example-1 : Affirmative : There is much water in the pond. Negative : There is not a little water in the pond. Example-2 : Affirmative : The Chairman came to visit the village many days ago. Negative : The Chairman did not come to visit the village a few days ago. Example-3 : Affirmative : A bright student is always attentive to his study. Negative : A bright student is never inattentive to his study. Example-4 : Affirmative : The lonely boy has a few friends. Negative : The lonely boy has not many friends. Or The lonely boy does not have many friends. Example-5 : Affirmative : There is a little water in the glass. Negative : There is not much water in the glass. Exercise for Practice : 1. Administration has taken many steps to resist corruption. 2. Some people talk much but remain inactive in activities. 3. I was accompanied with a few companies on my journey. 4. The man has a little contribution to solve the fact. 5. An industrious is always active in thinking to change. 6. There are many attractive tourist spots in Bangladesh. 7. The man has much wealth than his requirements. 8. The candidates used to go to institution a few days ago. Solution of Exercise : 1. Administration has not taken a few steps to resist corruption. 2. Some people do not talk a little but remain inactive in activities. 3. I was not accompanied with many companies on my journey. 4. The man has not much contribution to solve the fact. Or The man does not have much contribution to solve the fact. 5. An industrious is never inactive in thinking to change. 6. There are not a few attractive tourist spots in Bangladesh. 7. The man has not a little wealth than his requirements. 8. The candidates did not use to go to institution many days ago.
